1. Corporate identity
BUSINESS CERTIFICATION BUREAU LTD is a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17254091, incorporated on 1 June 2026, with registered office at 1 Schrier Ropeworks, Arboretum Place, London, United Kingdom, IG11 7FL.
2. BCB network and legal entities
BCB refers to the BCB network and/or one or more of its member firms, each of which is a separate legal entity. A member firm is responsible only for its own acts, omissions, personnel, engagements and regulatory obligations. No member firm may bind another unless an express written authority says otherwise.
BCB is a private commercial organisation, not a government body, statutory regulator, credit reference agency or financial institution. Certification does not guarantee acceptance by banks, investors, procurement teams or other third parties.
BCB is not Companies House, HM Revenue & Customs, the Financial Conduct Authority, a bank, payment institution or public accreditation authority. The words “bureau”, “certification”, “verified”, “trust” and “compliance ready” describe BCB's private commercial framework only.
3. ACSP and AML status statements
An Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) is a status registered with Companies House and requires registration with a UK anti-money-laundering supervisory body. HMRC supervision, where applicable, concerns compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations and is not an endorsement of service quality.
A public claim that BCB is an ACSP or supervised by HMRC should be made only after the registration is active, the legal entity and reference details have been verified, and the precise supervised activities are accurately described. The applicable engagement letter should identify any status on which a regulated service relies.
4. Certification limitations
BCB certification is a time-limited opinion that stated evidence met the selected private standard within the defined review scope. It is not a warranty of all information, future conduct, solvency, creditworthiness, legal compliance in every jurisdiction or suitability for a particular recipient.
5. Recipient responsibility
Banks, payment providers, investors, procurement teams, professional firms and other recipients must conduct their own checks and make their own decisions. BCB does not control or guarantee those decisions.
6. Corporate services
Registered office, service address, company secretarial and corporate administration services are subject to eligibility, onboarding, written engagement, lawful-purpose requirements, availability and applicable rules. No service is active merely because it is advertised or requested.
7. BCB trade mark
“BCB” is used as the trade name and certification brand of Business Certification Bureau. The BCB mark is registered in the United Kingdom under trade mark number UK00004411240. The official record can be reviewed through the UK Intellectual Property Office trade mark service.
Registration does not authorise a certificate holder, partner or other person to reproduce, alter, sublicense or imply ownership of the BCB mark. Use of a BCB certificate or trust mark is limited to the scope, format and validity period authorised by BCB. Other names and marks appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Public-register information
Public-register information may change and may contain filing errors. A registry entry is one source in a wider evidence process. Users should consult the current official record.
